Product introductionHB2416 pneumatic piston 3-eccentric butterfly control(shut-off) valve is independently developed by our company forpractical working conditions in industries and aiming at solvingthe sealing performance problem of coal gas and hightemperature air. Through times of experiments andimprovements, the technology department confirmed theeccentric distance and cone angles by applying engineeringanalysis and simulation function. CNC machining center is usedfor the processing of conical surface of body and discs and theassurance of axle hole and eccentric precision, which greatlyimproved the precision and credibility. The quality accessoriessuch as actuator and positioner ensure the proper run of controlvalve on site..

Product characteristics and advantagesThe first eccentric “a” of 3-eccentric structure is formed by the axle deviating from the central lineof sealing surface. The second eccentric “b” is formed by the axle deviating from the central lineof pipeline. The goal of these two eccentrics is to reduce the friction between seat and sealingsurface. The third eccentric “c” is an eccentric angle β, which uses the cam effect to realize theno-friction contact between seat and sealing ring of disc during the 90° travel of valve, thus toavoid the probability of wear and leakage.; when closing the valve, the sealing pair will closegradually to cause “wedge effect” and to realize the tightest shut-off with the smallest torque.
